Verify your firm
Create a free account and verify it. You confirm you are a licensed or exempt adviser, or the owner selling control of the company.

Write a blind teaser: a code name, the sector, the region and revenue, EBITDA and value as bands. There is no price field.

Buyers request access
Buyside members find the teaser and ask in. Each one signs the NDA in the room before anything else opens.

Run the process
Share documents from the data room, see which buyer opened what and when, and take the deal to signing.

- Control sale. The whole business, or a controlling stake in it.
- Carve out. A division or subsidiary sold out of a group.
- Majority recap. A new owner takes control and the founders keep a minority.

Who sees my listing?
Buyside members on a paid plan, while the listing is live. Buyers already in your process keep seeing it if you pause or close it. Nobody else can open it.
Do buyers see the company name?
No. The teaser carries a code name and bands, with no company name. The details reach a buyer through the documents you share after they sign the NDA.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Listing is free for verified advisors and owners, and there is no success fee. The buyside pays for its membership.
Who can list?
A licensed or exempt adviser acting on the sale, or the owner selling control of the company. You confirm which before a listing goes live.
